EL Commuter Bag with Glow-flex tape

This commuter bag was designed for maximum visability in all light levels and traffic conditions. The bag features a large internal compartment big enough for a laptop and an outside flap for a cell phone, radio or MP3 player. The bag incorporates EL (electroluminescent) film that glows white when power is applied and Glow-Flex tape which is phosphorescent and retro reflective, meaning it glows in the dark and reflects headlights. Includes a 4.5 volt Ni-Cad battery with integrated charger.
