The Team Speed, Quickness and Agility Progam applies principles of speed development to team sports. Permanently improving overall team speed requires first improving sport specific running efficiency. The initial training involves a series of speed specific drills designed to improve the team's technical sport specific running skills. As the team progress through the eight-week training program, team members will engage in a sport specific speed, quickness and agility training regiment that will also improve aerobic and anaerobic conditioning. The Speed Development component meets one-day each week during the four-week program.
The meeting times and day are flexable. Each Team's training days and times will depend on availability. During the summer schedule, training slots will be available at various time during each day.
