Kraktronix Technical Services specializes in remanufacturing toner cartridges and servicing laser printers.
We also provide toners, including original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and generic, for most printers, copiers, and fax machines. Kraktronix Technical Services also repairs ink printers, fax machines, and computers.
Most repairs are done on site, which enables Kraktronix Technical Services to keep customers' down time to a minimum. All supplies are delivered without delivery charges.
We do not charge an hourly rate or trip charge when servicing office equipment. The only charges are a per unit repair charge plus parts.
Kraktronix Technical Services strives to replace only those parts that are truly defective, and repairs those parts that can be economically repaired.
There is an hourly charge for computer repair.
