Rick graduated from Chico State in 1974 with a major in Social Science. He started in construction in 1978 as a carpenter building houses in Truckee. In 1988, he began working in the public works sector working for a K.G. Walters competitor constructing a pump station. He has supervised the construction of numerious pump stations, water treatment plants and a one-mile long flood control channel. In 1997, when Rick had the opportunity to go to work for K.G. Walters, he jumped at it and never looked back. Since then he has successfully completed several major treatment plant projects. |
