Dave started in construction in 1985 after completing graduate studies in behavioral science. He began as a carpenter, then quickly became a foreman and moved on to project management. He had long admired K.G. Walters Construction as a respected, tough competitor, and in 1995, he joined the K.G. Walters team.
Dave has been the superintendent and prime mover on such jobs as a $10 million wastewater treatment plant expansion in Lake Elsinore, CA and a $14 million Water Reclamation Plant for the County of Sacramento, CA. His skills in project and people management are exemplary, as he draws on his diverse and work and educational backgrounds, and makes it all fit together.
