B90 Team were finalist in the So Cal Rush Summer Slam Tournament. They won against AVSC Storm 1-0, So Cal Rush Swoosh 4-1, So Cal Rush Nike 1-0, but lost against Brasil 2-1 in the finals.

The B94 team won the FC Irvine Showcase BU13 Tournament! Our boys went 3-0-1 for the tournament, winning the Championship Game 2-1!

The G92 White team won the CFC Cup, 6-0, 4-0, 2-0. It was a fun tournament with the team's first ever complete shut out. Way to go girls!! Great team play and beautiful ball movement!

National Cup Olders: G91 team - round of 16
Late in the 1/2 Ruby Leon and Shelley Brumbaugh connected on a pass inside the 18 and Shelley put a 12 footer into the net. That is all the G15 needed to win 1-0 and move on to the round of 16 and play Slammers North in Lancaster next Saturday.

Congratulations to B88 Team for placing 2nd in State Cup. They had to play the final with only a 45 minute rest. This is the second year in a row that the club has had a finalist at Nationals or State Cup. I am sure all are proud of this team and share in the great way this team finished in it's last year of competitive soccer. The team will be missed but Ernie will be staying around as he has accepted a position as trainer for the B96 team. Great job B88!

elite team) The G94 team played very well against them but learned
alot from a very good team. During pool play: Crown City United tied 1-1;
Los Guachos won 2-1; and Stampede won 1-0.

Challenge on August 20-21, 2005 in Temecula. They made the finals and
lost to a Premier team (GOLD in CSL) from Escondido 2-1. They led for
the first half but did not manage to hold the lead in the second half.
Second place in 3 out of the last 4 tournaments is not a bad summer!

The Corona Eagles FC G87 Gold team participated in the CFC Cup held on
August 13-14, 2005 and the Long Beach United Pyramid Cup on July 23-24,
2005. In the CFC Cup, the CEFC G87 Gold team beat CQSC 1-0 in the final
game for the championship in the GU19 bracket. CEFC G87 Gold team worked
hard and took home the second place medal in the Long Beach United Pyramid Cup.

Corona Eagles FC G91/GU13 on advancing at State Cup to the Round of 64.
On Saturday the 5th they beat Albion 1-0 in an 11am
game. They clinced first place in the bracket with a 2-0 win over Cal
Legends the next morning at 8am. It looks like they will play Simi
Valley Eclipse March 19th in Lancaster.

the boys fought hard starting out the game with a
2-0 lead. The final score was 6-3 losing to Blast SC-White.
Not bad for their first tournament play.
