  Return Policy

  All Sales are final.  Return of product may only be made for defective products.   Defective products will be repaired or replaced at our option.  Under no circumstances may a product be returned for Full Credit.

  Shipping and Handling and Rush Charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.    

Because of our inability to monitor the removal of registration codes given out we cannot consider any refunds on software products.

  Products may be returned for repair or replacement in the following manner: Returns to Carlot Manager Software must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. After 30 days, no returns will be allowed or accepted. Before returning any item, you must contact our Returns Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. RMA numbers are valid for 10 business days and all returns must be received within 10 days of obtaining the RMA number. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns. Laser printers, inkjet printers, fax machines, and special order items may only be returned for replacement and not for any refund. Software returns will be accepted for refund only if the product is unopened. Software that has been opened will not be accepted by Carlot Manager Software Inc. for return. Software with DEMO versions will Not be accepted for refunds on any condition.  Defective software may be returned for exchange with the same product only. All refunds for non-defective items exclude shipping and handling charges. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. The original packing slip must be included and the RMA number visible on the package. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or full or partial forfeiture of your refund. There will be a $35.00 re-boxing fee for products not returned in the original manufacturers packaging. If part of a product becomes defective, the full product must be returned for credit or replacement.

  All returns must be properly packaged to prevent damage and sent insured via UPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that issues a tracking number. We will not be responsible for damage caused by shipping.
